Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using Annan CMMS (annancmms.com) you agree to these terms. If you use it on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept them for that organisation.

2. Accounts

• Each account belongs to one organisation. Administrators control who has access.
• Keep your sign-in details and devices secure and tell us about any misuse.
• Service providers and contractors may only access jobs and sites assigned to them.

3. Your data

Your organisation owns the records and files it creates. Files are kept in your own connected Google Drive, OneDrive or SharePoint. You grant us only the rights needed to run the service for you. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Safety and compliance

Annan CMMS helps you manage SWMS, permits, inductions and site sign-in, but it does not replace your duties under work health and safety laws. Your organisation and its contractors remain responsible for assessing risk, approving work and supervising sites. Templates and automatic approvals are tools only and should be reviewed for your circumstances.

5. AI suggestions

AI-generated suggestions (such as make and model research or draft text) may be wrong. Check them before relying on them.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, try to access another organisation's data, upload unlawful content, or interfere with its security or availability.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may update features and these terms; continued use after an update means you accept it.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Ending use

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. On request we will help you export your records.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
